Sculptra®
- 3 Days Before
If medically safe and approved by your prescriber, avoid non-prescribed aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and other products that increase bruising. Do not stop prescribed medication without approval. You may begin arnica and pineapple if approved.
- 24 Hours Before
Avoid alcohol. Avoid caffeine.
- Your Appointment
- First 24 Hours
Do not perform strenuous exercise or sweat heavily. Do not apply makeup.
- First 3 Days
You may continue arnica and pineapple if approved.
- First 5 Days
Massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times each day, unless your provider instructs otherwise.
- 2 Weeks
Do not have facial treatments unless cleared by REV.
- Ongoing
Use broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30 or higher every day.
Call REV immediately
Contact REV for severe or increasing pain, blanching, mottled color, cool skin, sores, worsening swelling, drainage, or any vision change.
Radiesse®
- 3 Days Before
If medically safe and approved by your prescriber, avoid non-prescribed aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and other products that increase bruising. Do not stop prescribed medication without approval. You may begin arnica and pineapple if approved.
- 24 Hours Before
Avoid alcohol. Avoid caffeine.
- Your Appointment

Do not perform strenuous exercise or sweat heavily. Do not apply makeup. Do not massage or manipulate the treated area.
- First 3 Days
Remain within reasonable travel distance of REV and able to return for urgent assessment.
- 2 Weeks
Do not have facial HA filler. Do not have facial treatments unless cleared by REV. Do not massage or manipulate the treated area. Normal gentle cleansing is fine.
- Ongoing
Use broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30 or higher every day.
Call REV immediately
Contact REV for severe or increasing pain, blanching, dusky or mottled skin, cool skin, sores, or any vision or neurologic change.
